Your 2-Year-Old: Why Preschoolers Lie

BabyCenter Your child is 2 years old.   Wrong age?

Hello from BabyCenter!

Why Preschoolers Lie

Your maturing preschooler probably gives you plenty of reason to feel proud: when he remembers to say "thank you," for example, or gives you an empathetic hug if he sees you're sad. Parent Tip

We just took our daughter to her first movie. Though it sounds like a crazy idea, we headed out at her naptime and it actually went really well. I brought her blankie, and she just sat on my lap and snuggled. I was amazed at how much of the movie she took in, too.
